What participants work through

A focused journey from problem to proposal

The workshop is built around practical action. Activities can be adapted to the participants’ age group, available time, facilities and current stage of preparation.

Problem discovery

Identify a meaningful local or national challenge and frame it clearly before proposing a solution.

Solution & prototype planning

Translate the idea into a practical build plan covering users, materials, technology, testing and feasibility.

Idea submission readiness

Structure the required presentation with a clear problem, proposed solution, impact, implementation and next steps.

Mentor review

Receive focused feedback on clarity, practicality and what should be improved before final submission.

Who can host

  • Schools and school groups
  • Colleges and universities
  • Innovation cells, clubs and incubators
  • Organizations supporting student innovation

Planning and delivery

Built around your institution

Workshop dates, duration, group size, venue, mentor requirement and delivery format are finalized with the host institution. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking; our team will first review feasibility and availability.

Important

Workshop participation and competition registration are separate

A workshop helps participants prepare their ideas. Eligible participants must still complete the official competition registration and mandatory idea submission through the competition page before its published deadline.
