Course Purchase Terms
These terms apply when a learner registers and pays a course fee directly through the Robotic Sir website. Read them before starting Razorpay checkout.
Course fees are non-refundable
After a successful payment, the course fee will not be refunded for change of mind, absence, scheduling conflicts, incomplete attendance, failure to complete the course, or a change in preferred branch, except where applicable law requires a refund.
1. Course information
The learner must review the course description, duration, full fee, preferred delivery branch, and any stated prerequisites before payment.
2. Accurate registration details
The name, email address, phone number, address, and preferred branch submitted at checkout must be accurate. These details are used for registration, communication, and invoicing.
3. Payment confirmation
A registration is confirmed only after Robotic Sir verifies the captured Razorpay payment. A payment attempt, pending order, failed payment, or unverified transaction does not confirm admission.
4. Non-refundable fee
The full course fee is non-refundable after successful payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law. No refund is provided for change of mind, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, incomplete attendance, failure to complete the course, or a later change in preferred branch.
5. Branch and batch allocation
The selected branch is recorded as the learner's preference. Final batch timing, start date, seat availability, and joining instructions are confirmed by the course team. Robotic Sir may offer a reasonable alternative batch, branch, or online arrangement when operationally necessary.
6. Course changes
Reasonable updates may be made to schedules, instructors, learning material, or delivery arrangements without changing the core learning purpose of the purchased course.
7. Learner responsibility
The learner is responsible for attending sessions, following safety and conduct requirements, completing assigned work, and arranging suitable internet access and equipment where online participation requires them.
8. Exceptional situations
If Robotic Sir cannot provide the purchased course, the organisation may offer rescheduling, transfer, credit, or another appropriate remedy. Any discretionary exception does not create a general right to a refund. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Communication and invoice
Payment confirmation, registration details, and the invoice are sent to the email address entered at checkout. The learner should contact Robotic Sir promptly if the email is incorrect or the confirmation is not received.
