Basic registration and membership terms

1. 1.A counsellor will confirm class availability, learning mode, schedule, centre, fees and included services before enrolment.
2. 2.For a learner under 18, verifiable parent or lawful-guardian consent and age-appropriate supervision are required where applicable.
3. 3.Account, contact, eligibility and payment information must be accurate and kept current.
4. 4.The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used for accounts, memberships, learning, competitions, support, safety and legal compliance; optional analytics requires the visitor's cookie choice.
5. 5.Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, impersonated or used to bypass eligibility, invitation, payment or access controls.
6. 6.Harassment, cheating, unsafe conduct, fraud, platform disruption or intellectual-property infringement may result in proportionate suspension or termination.
7. 7.The plan, duration, included benefits, price, tax, deadline and service-specific conditions shown before registration or payment form part of the agreement.
8. 8.Material changes apply prospectively and will be notified where required; accrued rights and completed transactions are not retrospectively removed.
9. 9.Indian law applies.
10. 10.Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer-forum or other statutory jurisdiction.

13. 13.Membership and competition payments are normally non-refundable.
14. 14.Any exceptional refund approved by Robotic Sir or required by applicable law is reviewed and processed manually to the original payment method; contacting support does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
