Terms & Conditions
Ensuring transparency, safety, and ethical standards in the pursuit of robotic innovation and community excellence.
Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern roboticsir.com and services supplied by Robotic Sir AI India Pvt Ltd, including community accounts, memberships, courses, competitions, labs, profiles and the Store. By creating an account, submitting a form or paying, you agree to these Terms and the applicable published service terms. If you act for a child or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate, current information and keep login credentials confidential.
- Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or bypass eligibility, payment, invitation or access controls.
- Users under 18 must participate with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required.
- Notify us promptly of suspected account misuse. You remain responsible for activity authorised through your account.
3. Memberships, courses and competitions
The plan, duration, deliverables, eligibility, price, taxes, discount, deadline, team rules and cancellation terms shown at checkout form part of your agreement. Access starts only after verified payment or confirmed enrolment. Competition entries are subject to the published format and organiser decisions applied fairly. We may reschedule an activity for safety or operational reasons and will provide the remedy required by the applicable terms and law.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Prices and mandatory charges are shown before payment. Payments are confirmed only after server-side verification by our payment provider. Refundability depends on the applicable membership, course, competition or Store policy displayed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, replacement, cancellation, chargeback or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for deficient services, misrepresentation or products that are defective, damaged, spurious, incorrect or not as advertised.
5. Store and vendors
Official Robotic Sir products and third-party marketplace listings are identified separately. For marketplace listings, the vendor is responsible for its identity, product claims, price, taxes, stock, delivery, warranty, returns and legal compliance. Robotic Sir remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places directly on the platform or seller and does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights. The Store Policy and the active buyer or vendor terms also apply.
6. Acceptable use and content
- Do not upload unlawful, unsafe, infringing, malicious, deceptive, hateful, harassing or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not scrape, spam, reverse engineer, disrupt security, introduce malware, manipulate payments or use the platform for fraud.
- You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display submitted content only to operate, secure and promote the relevant service, until it is deleted subject to lawful retention.
- You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every image, document, link, project, catalogue and statement you submit.
7. Intellectual property
Robotic Sir names, logos, website software, original course material and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No commercial reuse, redistribution or false association is permitted without written authorisation. Ownership of a member project is not transferred merely because community resources were used; any different ownership or collaboration arrangement must be recorded in a specific written project agreement.
8. Safety and labs
Robotics, batteries, machinery, tools and electrical systems can cause injury or damage. Follow supervision requirements, manuals, age restrictions and safety instructions. Lab access requires approval and may be withdrawn for unsafe conduct. This safety allocation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach, risk to others or investigation. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to respond. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to outstanding obligations and legally required retention.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but learning outcomes, employment, competition results, patent grants and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer or data-protection duties, or any liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Privacy, communications and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Service communications such as OTPs, receipts, team invitations and safety notices are necessary to provide the service. External payment, video, drive, social-media and vendor services have their own terms; use of a link does not make us responsible for an unrelated service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here, and material changes will be notified where required. A change will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a completed transaction without a lawful basis.
13. Governing law and disputes
Indian law governs these Terms. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory right to approach a consumer commission, Data Protection Board, payment authority or another competent forum. Please first contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
14. Grievance contact
