Store, Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. Store operator and scope

Robotic Sir AI India Pvt Ltd operates the Robotic Sir Store. A product page identifies whether an item is sold directly by Robotic Sir or listed by an independent vendor. This policy applies alongside the active Store Buyer Terms, product-specific disclosures, our Terms and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over a conflicting limitation.

2. Product, seller and price information

• Review the seller, condition, specifications, compatibility, stock, included items, warranty, country of origin where supplied, return conditions and delivery estimate before ordering.
• The final price, GST and other mandatory charges are shown before an official Robotic Sir order is confirmed.
• Independent vendors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Robotic Sir may verify, correct, suspend or remove a listing and will act on valid complaints.
• Marketplace enquiries do not authorise a vendor to collect money as Robotic Sir. Use Robotic Sir checkout only for products expressly marked as purchasable online.

3. Orders and secure payment

An order is accepted only after stock reservation and server-side verification of the payment signature. Razorpay processes payment credentials under its own terms; we retain transaction references and payment status, not card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We may cancel and refund an order affected by failed verification, unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction.

4. Shipping and delivery

• Serviceability, delivery charges and the estimated dispatch or delivery window are shown on the product or checkout where available. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless expressly stated.
• Delivery may be completed by Robotic Sir, the identified seller or a logistics provider. Tracking or status updates are sent when available.
• Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery caused by incorrect details or a refused delivery may attract the actual re-delivery cost where lawful and disclosed.
• Inspect the package promptly. Report a missing, damaged, incorrect or tampered delivery with the order number and supporting photographs as soon as possible; reporting within 48 hours helps investigation but does not remove a statutory right.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch through [email protected]. If dispatch has not begun, we will normally cancel and release or refund the payment. After dispatch, the return process applies. A vendor or Robotic Sir may cancel where fulfilment is impossible, but any amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Returns, replacement and refund

• Contact us promptly if an official Robotic Sir product is defective, damaged, spurious, incorrect, materially different from its description, or delivered later than the promised date without your acceptance.
• We may request photographs, video, serial number, packaging or inspection reasonably needed to verify the issue. Do not use or alter a product beyond what is needed to identify the defect.
• The lawful remedy may be repair, replacement, cancellation or refund depending on the issue, availability and applicable consumer law.
• A change-of-mind return is available only where the product page expressly offers it. Custom-made, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, activated software or opened consumable items may be non-returnable only where this was clearly disclosed and the exclusion is lawful.
• Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method without unreasonable delay. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Marketplace-vendor refunds are handled by the seller, while Robotic Sir will provide its legally required grievance support.

7. Warranties and safe use

Manufacturer or seller warranties apply as disclosed with the product. Robotics components, batteries, tools and electronics require correct voltage, compatibility, supervision and safe installation. Follow manuals and age restrictions. Safety guidance does not reduce a right arising from a defective product or deficient service.

8. Vendor obligations

Vendors must provide genuine identity and contact information; accurate price, tax, origin, condition, stock, specifications and warranty details; required licences and invoices; lawful delivery and return terms; and timely complaint support. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, infringing or misleading listings are forbidden. Vendor approval is not a product guarantee.

9. Complaints and escalation
