Debugging Skills
What this skill means
Debugging is a repeatable process for locating faults by observing symptoms, isolating variables, testing assumptions, and recording results.
What we expect from you
Basic learners do not need previous experience. We expect curiosity, safe working habits, regular practice, and willingness to complete guided exercises.
Use logs, measurements, breakpoints, or substitution tests to isolate a fault and clearly explain the root cause and fix.
Only select this skill during eligibility registration if the expectation accurately describes your current ability. Basic learners may select it as a learning interest without prior experience.
