Basic circuitry introduces voltage, current, resistance, polarity, breadboards, and simple series and parallel connections.
What we expect from you
For Beginner selection, you should recognise the foundation, explain a simple example, and complete a small guided activity using the skill.
Build a safe LED or sensor circuit, identify component polarity, and use a multimeter for basic checks.
Only select this skill during eligibility registration if the expectation accurately describes your current ability. Basic learners may select it as a learning interest without prior experience.
